"When a game is multiplatform, GC owners usually get screwed because of small disc space and no online servers, but things will change come this May. First, Nintendo is going to introduce dual-layered GC discs(you know, dual-layered DVDs?). Not only that, but Nintendo will introduce a hard drive that will snap into the bottom of the GCN. The only games I know for sure that support it are Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow, Rainbow Six 3, Resident Evil 4, Star Fox Armada, and Geist. Wouldn't those titles I just mentioned be great for online play? As you may already know, GC will go online with all those game to support it.
And to promote the release of Resident Evil 4, Nintendo and Capcom have agreed to do a Resident Evil 4 GameCube bundle. It will include a black GCN with a cool RE4 design to it, the game its self, a component video cable(with a composite for the sound and non-HDTV owners), one controller, a memory card 1019, and a hard drive. No price has been set yet. (This will probably only be in Japan. "
