The Godfather
Ja, hva synes dere?
Hvil EA gjøre The Godfather til gull, eller rett og slett voldta The Godfather?
Synes dette ser bra lovende ut, men det er min mening.

Persuasion
You learn these simple techniques when you're a little kid, drawing upon your parent's emotions to get what you want, even if that's simply the innocent desire for milk and cookies. Much later, when you grow up and become part of the Corleone mafia family, you use these same basic human techniques to get what you want...in a different way.
As a young newcomer to the Corleone business, the player creates a persona and works his way up the corporate ladder. This means pulling off small jobs, earning respect by hassling vendors, and increasing the family payroll using...well, let's just say the powers of manipulation and persuasion. In this movie, "Manipulate," you'll see how to make one of the local butchers become part of the family income.
The simple act of manipulation isn't your only tool. In other words, you can go about killing everyone in the game, but there wouldn't be many local vendors to protect now, would there? Manipulation is a subtle, flexible thing that changes every time you use it. In this scenario, your character figures that a little property damage might persuade the butcher to permit you to protect him. At first he declines. But after smashing several glass windows to bits, he capitulates. See? You didn't have to kill him at all. You just had to lose your temper and apply that Louisville Slugger a little. The keen use of this technique becomes your good friend in The Godfather.
Fight! Fight!
Without a weapon in hand in The Godfather, players are quite capable of a litany of moves. Punching and kicking are just the baseline set of attacks. Here, you can grab an enemy and shove them around. You can drag them, or force them across an environment. You can headbutt them, gut punch them, or beat their heads in with your fists. The Godfather can be a very violent game, though it doesn't have to be. You have the option of how you want to create your reputation. You want to be known as a forceful, fear-inducing brawler? Go for it, sluggo. But you might be able to coax out more information -- and thus more backstory -- using reason and just a little manipulation.
With this movie offers exactly the kind of bruising you can deliver to any type of enemy. It just so happens that the guy you're fighting here is on a building rooftop. In this video, the game prompts you to use the rooftop ledge to your advantage. If he has nothing to offer you, why not just push him a little? Sounds like a good idea, Consigliore.
Target Practice
One of the coolest aspects to The Godfather is the new-fangled aiming mechanic. When you pull out a gun you can target or aim it at anyone, civilians, cops, old ladies, whomever. When you aim it at an enemy a soft lock appears. In the movie, you can see how the reticule slowly focuses in on the enemy, and when the pointers finally lock in on him or her, you can then use precision targeting to aim at specific body parts.
This is handy if you're feeling playful. In one movie you can see how the player quickly aims back and forth on an enemy's shoulders, and how the enemy's body physically responds to the shots. You could aim at the crotch or the head just as easily, but of course that might provide a higher pitch kind of laughter.
