1up bringer oss i dag definitiv informasjon om oppfølgeren til Ico, nå kjent som Wanda and the Colossus.

While Ico focused on Ico, a horned boy, and Yorda, a mysterious girl, this game stars two new characters. Wanda is a young girl in tribal clothing on horseback, and the Colossus is a huge, fur-covered giant with clipped horns. The giant is covered in ornamental, gylph-covered devices evocative of the first game's architecture. The misty cliff face, distant birds, and the Colossus' stone decorations all suggest a tone similar to the first game, even if a story connection is absent. The text reads, "We will fight to meet you again," but who "we" hope to meet - or must fight - is still unclear. Though Wanda and the Colossus not a direct sequel, it's sure to please fans of Ico.

Hvis dere unskylder meg så er det nå på tide å kle seg naken og løpe rundt i Frognerparken!

Ico er et av de beste spillene på PS2, og jeg kan ikke fatte og begripe at jeg klarte å bytte det mot en Freeloader.

Det er visstnok ikke en direkte oppfølger, ei heller foregår det i den samme verden/det samme universet. Leste også noe om at det var "basically a fighting game", noe som høres veldig mistenksomt ut. Dette kan bli skikkelig bra eller skikkelig ræva. Hvis de fjerner det som var bra i ICO og gjør det om til et hjerneløst hack'n'slash blir jeg veldig skuffet.
