Grand THeft Auto 3
Grand Theft Auto 3 is the third installment of the GTA series. While not as...questionable as Vice City,this game has a lot of flaws. But, we will get on to that later, let us talk about the good stuff.
Graphics
The graphics are great, there are some great particle effects with the blood (and hey look perfect when you use the machine gun). The cars all look like real cars and so do the guns, and there are not many (if no) collision issues.
Sound
The sound is also very nice (besides the frequent swearing). The voiceovers are done very nicely. The guns and cars sound as real as it gets, and it is funny to hear all the people and cops scream at you.
Game Play
The playability is another nice thing. Besides the camera-view which I did not particularly like, the controls were pretty good. The cars, however, don't drive that well. It would have been nice if you could have used a steering wheel. And the aiming is also a little off.
Appropriate?
Now, to the stuff you need to know, the appropriateness. First off, this game was obviously aimed for adults. Huge helpings of swearing and sexual innuendo are jumbled in with the speech. There are also various other subjects, such as heavy drug intake and prostitution. Oh, yeah! Did I mention how violent it was?
There is tons of blood, and you can also beat people with a aluminum bat. I think as Christians, we should stay away from this game.
Multiplayer?
There is also no multiplayer, which stinks.
Final Thoughts
In conclusion, while there are a bunch of good qualities, it's offensive content makes this game something we should avoid. Also, DO NOT LET KIDS PLAY THIS!

Et pentagram er vel egentlig et symbol som har blitt brukt av "hekser" osv. Hver stjernespiss står for noe. Toppspissen står for spirit, mens de fire andre er de fire elementene.
De ser det vel som et ondt symbol for det representerer noe "hekser" brukte, som kjent så ble jo også disse brent på bålet før.
Et pentagram er vel egentlig ikke et ondt tegn i utgangspunktet, men det blir sett på som ondt av de kristne. I disse dager derimot så betyr det ondskap for de fleste.

Pentagram/venusstjerne var ett av de viktigste symbolene i mange pre-romerske religioner i Europa. Den romerske kirke knyttet symbolet til satanisme som et ledd i prosessen med å bekjempe disse religionene og omvende folk til kristendommen. En kan trygt si kirkens propaganda lykkes, de fleste mennesker nå til dags trekker fremdeles (den feilaktige) koblingen venusstjerne=satanisme.
