Ringte i 30 min før jeg kom igjennom, så måtte jeg vente 15 minutter i kø + 10 minutter på hold, for dette:
"Im sorry sir. We have recived your email, and the account-team is working on it"
"Ok, could I talk to them then?"
"No, they have left for the weekend, and wont be back untill monday"
"So, what do you suggest I do then? Ive been waiting for three weeks, and this is getting very frustrating"
"Well, the account-team is very busy at the moment, since theres seemingly alot of cases like yours these days"
"Well as I said, its been three weeks, and the last guy I talked to said it could take UP TO two weeks to solve my problem, and with all respect, I have sent you all my information AND a scan of my passport."
"Well, you could call back on monday, and try talking to the account-team about your problem"
"Didnt you just say they were really busy?"
"Yeah, they are"
"So... Youre saying I will get the problem fixed faster if I actually call them, even though there obviously is a queue?"
"Yeah ... I guess so"
"Ehum, ok"
