Er det bare meg, eller sa Sony bortimot ingenting om PSP? Det var 95% PS3 og noen PS2-spill på de nesten to timene showet varte. Virker nesten som de har gitt opp PSP...Ingen nye PSP-spill vist fram på showet faktisk.

Mark Rein of Epic Games revealed to VE3D that only a select few of the games and demos shown during Sony's press conference were realtime.
In addition to the Sony demos being shown by Phil Harrison, the Epic and EA presentations were the only third party portions actually running on the PS3 in real-time. But most of those movies, which I probably watched 3 or 4 during rehearsals for the event, look very achievable and some were probably rendered on the actual box but in non-real-time. When a system is year away, heck even with a system is 6 months away, it is reasonable to expect the power of the dev kits would still only be a fraction of the power of the final system.
Well, this doesn't change everything dramatically, but it does cast some shadows of doubt on the might of the PS3...

Japanese newspaper quotes Sony officials as saying they are aiming for a mid-level price point for the next-generation console.
After the impact of Monday's PlayStation 3 unveiling wore off, gamers began to start asking questions. Besides lingering doubts about whether or not many of the tech demos were actually of in-game footage, the biggest point of debate was the next-generation console's price.
Given that the console's Nvidia-tech-based RSX "Reality Synthesizer" graphics chip is more powerful than two GeForce 6800 Ultra video cards, which retail for around $1,000 by themselves, many suspected the console cost as least as much as a medium-end gaming PC. However, Sony will have to be competitively priced or risk being undercut by the Microsoft Xbox 360 or Nintendo Revolution.
It now appears that Sony may opt for a compromise price-wise, according to the Mainichi Daily News. An article which ran on the Japanese newspaper's web site the PlayStation 3 could potentially sell for under $500. "The new machine, which will have a higher performance capacity than personal computers and provide sophisticated movie-quality images, will be priced at less than 50,000 yen each, according to [Sony] officials," said the paper.
At today's exchange rate, 50,000 yen is $465.58--more than the $299 many expect the Xbox 360 to sell for, but less than the $699 to $799 PS3 price tag many had feared. If Sony follows the pattern it set which the PSP, which sells for around $190 in Japan and $249 in the US, the console will likely be slightly costlier stateside.
As of press time, Sony officials were unavailable for comment on the Mainichi Daily News article.

The models and animations here are so smooth, in fact, that it's tempting to assume that the Killzone 2 footage is prerendered or somehow doctored, but if it is all in-engine, and we have no reason to believe that it's not, then it's going to be hard to imagine a game coming along during E3 that's more visually impressive than this.

Jeg gleder meg så sinnsykt!!!! Metal Gear Solid 4 og Devil May Cry 4!!! Så KONGE!!! Ni Oh og Heavenly Sword så sinnsykt kult ut det å. Slashe spill! Å jeg skal vedde på at det kan være mange fiender på sjermen samtidig. Bare se på noen av de andre trailerene. Eyedentify vakte også min oppmerksomhet.
Kontrollen var nok så som så, men den kan være god å holde for det. Jeg har stor tro på dette. Dette kommer til å bli ekstremt konge!!!
