Gta:San andreas delayed:
September 09, 2004 - Rockstar Games' parent company Take2 Interactive released its financial results today with a significant story related to Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas buried within it. As in the midst of listing the company's long list of titles expected to be released later this season, it was revealed that San Andreas has been delayed for American release by a full week -- pushing back until October 26 instead of the originally announced date of October 19. The European release date is now set for October 29.
Though the one-week push is obviously not the end of the world, it will still likely be taken rather badly by the anxious Grand Theft Auto contingent. Though if what we've seen so far is any indication, it will definitely be worth the wait.
We'll be back with more on San Andreas as it becomes available.
