The game actually reminds me a lot of God Hand, complete with a similar goofy flavor of humor resulting from a Japanese guy's skewed view on American culture, an idiotic pervert of a main character, and a bitchy tease of a female lead who does nothing particularly useful. Of course, the bosses are all goofy, gimmicky types who have a lot to yap their mouths about, but in that regard Killer 7 bleeds into it as well. Plus, despite being really old school in its AI, level design, and interface, the combat does make a conscious effort to demand skill, creativity, and experimentation. Sadly there's no custom-configuring of moves.[/b]
