kun 20 stk i TEkken 5 bare?? :( en stk mer enn T4 ihvertfall...

det var dumt at det ikke blei noe tai chi i T5 da...men jeg har en mistanke at stilen til ling xiaoyu tlihøre en av tai chi. could be wrong, men...
 
20 stk er ganske mange egentlig det.

Ling's stil ja..hadde vært digg å hatt no mer info om den. I så fall blir det en stilart til i min "stil-liste" :D

Marshall ser ut til å være ganske gal, noe som kan bli positivt. Men jeg gleder meg mest til Jin/Hwoarang nyheter..eller vids for den saks skyld.

Tekken 5 goes online.
Well, the arcade version will be at any rate. Plus! Latest screenshots revealed

Namco have released new screenshots of Tekken 5, the latest incarnation of the classic beat-'em-up series. The game is initially due for release as a coin-op - it's the arcade version from which these shots are taken - in the autumn, with a PS2 version to follow in 2005.

The coin-op will make use of Sega/Sammy's new ALL.net (Amusement Linkage Live Network) system, which is also being utilised by other forthcoming arcade machines such as Virtua Fighter 4 Final Evolution, Quest of D and Virtua Striker. Based on fibre optic technology, the network will enable stat tracking, rankings and the customisation of character appearances with new clothes and accessories.

As for the game itself, the latest additions to the roster include Bryan Fury, King, Kazuya Mishima, Yoshimitsu, Julia Chang, Craig Marduk and Jack 5. We'll have more on the title in the coming weeks.

Main System Changes, Notes
+ Tekken 5 is much more like Tekken 3 and Tekken Tag Tournament. Everyone agrees that Tekken 5 plays really well so

far!
+/- You can not move your character until the round begins
+/- Low parry advantage has changed
+/- back dash cancels are back but it is easy to catch up with a forward dash
+/- d+1 is VERY slow
+/- There is no wall tech roll so far
+/- Sidewalking is not as effective as prior games
+ Every throw escape results in a different situation. Sometimes the thrower is BT.

Kazuya - AlexMan, JeiBe
+ He can still wavedash
- ws 2 stun can be escaped like in TTT
+ WGF/EWGF launches on normal hit but can be punished
+/- ws 1,2 has a new animation(shorter range) and is gauranteed again on normal hit, but can be punished
+ 1,1,2 has a new animation on the last hit(elbow smash)
+ hellsweep into mid punch ahs been added in
- f+4 on crouching opponent does not gaurantee WGF/EWGF anymore.
+ New Move, f,f+2 launcher
- d/f+1,f+2 is weaker, is not gauranteed on crouched opponent
+ New Move, d/f+1,b+4 is a new launcher
+ New Move, d/f+1,b+2
+/- Many new strong moves, many of them can be punished.

Jin - AlexMan, qbert3, Ace R.
+ Jin can wavedash again
- JFLS is now gone
- LS is not gauranteed on CH anymore
+ Jin has a new stance
- Jin still has b+2+4 parry but it is not abuseable
+ New move, d/f+3 into hellsweep
+ New move, b+1 goes into new stance
+ 2,4 is still gauranteed
+ New low attack similar to Julia's b+3
- d+4 is not gauranteed after a 1,2,3 juggle ender
+ Jin has a new sway back move like Paul's qcb
+ New Move, low attack from stance

Lei - n8nmonster
+ overall Lei is much stronger
+ haha step is back
+ TTT damage razor rush damage is back
+ his new f,f+2 move is good, it is the same as TGR 1
+ New Move, 3 in Drunken Stance is a new move similar to Bryan's b+3 knee

Nina - Ace R.
- Nina is 2nd most unused character
+ Nina seems strong
+ I heard she owns more
+ 1+4 has different properties but Nina is still at advantage and leaves opponent recovering in standing position.
+ Nina u/f+1+2 throw into wall does massive damage
+ Nina still has hayashida step

Bryan - x-raze
- It seems that T4 Bryan was stronger
+ b,b+1 is gone and the move is now done by doing b+1 like TTT
- 1,2,1,2 is gone
- d/f+3 on block is like TTT stagger
- d/b+2 > d/f+3 juggles don't work anymore, they can tech after d/b+2 in juggles
+ new f,f+1+2 throw where d/f+3 is gauranteed after does tons of damage
+ new uppercut move, b,f+2. It's safe from reports so far.
- 4,3 is not a gauranteed string anymore
+ f,f+4 owns still
+ 1,4 is still there
+ f,f+2 causes gaurd stun
+ u/f+4 kills low moves(very strong)
+ f+1,2,1 on CH makes the opponent stunned, last hit is a new animation body punch

Lee - AlexMan
+ overall Lee is still strong
+ f,n, 3,4 is gone, now when you input that you get the old f,f,n,3,4 Shredder Kicks
- 1,2,4:4 is gone, he still has 1,2,4, but it's not gauranteed on hit anymore.
- ss+2 does not gaurantee a 1,2 anymore, only on CH
- 1,3:3:3 is gone
+ u/f+4 is upgraded, tracks well and launches even if opponent is ducking
+ new move f+3,3,3~4 is the new acid rain into ss 4 kick from the original trailer. You can mash it out and it is gauranteed if the first kick hits.
+ new stance for Lee, he can cancel HMS into a new stance
+ f,f+4 is a step in mid kick which stuns on CH much like Steve's d+1
+ on CH d+4,n,4,4,4 is gauranteed
+ during HMS Lee can parry mid/high moves by pressing 1+2, the result Lee flips over and gets a gauranteed d+4,4,4


Jack-5 - n8nmonster, MarkMan
+ Jack-5 has all the good Jack moves that the Jacks ever had
+ Dark Greeting is in!
+ d/b+1 has more advantage than it did in TTT
+ P. Jack d/f+1+2 is in.
+ d/b+1, into d+2 is gauranteed

Marduk - n8nmonster
+ d/b+1+2 launches class 1 high(hella high) and makes juggles like d/b+1+2, U/F+4, 1, air throw possible = massive damage
+ Marduk now has a backdash while in VTS which he can use before using the spear tackle
+ Marduk has massive options from mount position now
+ New Move f+2,d+1
+ Standing 4 is now a knee move which is very fast, mid, high damage
+ d,d/f+4 leg sweep always knocks down
+ New Move, air throw is performed by doing f+throw(long throw)
+ New move, f,f+1,2. 2 hits, f,f+1 alone launches.

Paul - USMCOgre
+/- d+1+2 does not push away as much as it used to on hit
- most Paul players at beta test are dissapointed
+ Paul is still strong
+ Deathfist does more damage
+ f,f+2,1 is much better
- d/f+2 does not launch on normal hit
+/- There are two versions of d+4,2,1+2. One comes out with sparks, the other without. No notes on differences as of yet
+ New move b+2
+ New knee move;unknown notation

Hwoarang - Jas0wn, tensaikun, Ace R.
+ added new 3 hit air move, u/f+4,4,4(high, mid,low)
+ f+1+2 causes stun on hit
- LFL d+3,4 is no longer a gauranteed string
+ new low move added in FL

King - MarkMan
+ King is better than his T4 iteration
+ Octopus Stretch from Tekken 2 is in
+ Giant Swing is faster and you recover faster from it
+ new throw buffering system makes King a monster
- f,f+2 is gone, instead a new move that is considered a jumping move comes out. It is slow and does not seem useful.
+ d/f+1,2 now forces the opponent to crouch on block and hit. CH d/f+1 does not knock down the opponent anymore.
- Tombstone damage is about the same as DDT
+ Normal throws do more damage
+/- d/f+4, d/f+3, and 1,2 are all the same as in T4
+ King has a new step considered an air move using 3+4
+ From King's new step you can either do a mid elbow or a high kick
+ King may have a new stomping move
+ if f,f+3+4 is blocked there is a 50/50 guessing game on mid/low wakeup kicks
+ King's dashing throw range is very LONG (f+throw), decent speed.
+ He has a new move where he turns around like Julia/Michelle 2~b into a elbow,mid kick.

Raven - Ace R.
+ Long reach
+ Can force enemy to guess from far distances
+ Good variety of strong mid and low moves
+ Raven has sliding moves into mixups
+ Many mixups from BT stance
+ Low sweep into juggle
+ Mid hit into juggle
+ Seems very strong, excellent reach

Julia - pinoy6i9/O_O!?, Raven, n8nmonster
+ Not as boring as before
+ More variety and setups overall
+ d,d,/f+1,2 is faster and has longer reach.
+ New poke move, 2,1

Xiaoyu - WEIRDGONZO, rod778, x-raze, qbert3
+ Xiaoyu seems stronger
+ New Move ss+3 normal hit trips opponent, juggles too

Asuka Kazama - x-raze
- She is the most unused character
+/- Very similar to Jun
+ Jun's b+1 is in, throws on CH
+ Jun 1+2 is in
+ Asuka has many cancels and delays

Steve - tohigh, Jas0wn
+ 1,2,1~b > FLK is still in and seems the same
+ 3+4,b+2 can knock down
+ New air move similar to Hwoarang's u/f+2
+/- d+1 in T4 is now done by doing b+1
+/- Old f,f+2 is now done by doing f,f,n,2

+ Has kick move similar to Michelle d/f+3+4

Hwoarangs f+1+2 CH gir stun og..enda en god grunn for å bruke den mye mer :D

Wow! Dette blir sykt nice!

Selv på bildene der ser T5 genialt ut. En av de sannsynligvis kjipeste tingene er at kortsystemet aldri kommer til Norge, og ikke Europa heller (eller?). Hvis det hadde gått ville det økt i gameplay så kenge det ikke ville kosta for mye å spiller på arkadene...
 
jeg vet ikke om arcade fins lenger her i oslo, de eneste steder som jeg kjenner til er hos biljard ved siden av Eldorado kino og Megazone...de har dritt spill uansett
 
hvis det finnes noen arkader, så er det sannsynligvis bare ekstremt kjipe saker. Siste fighter-arkaden jeg så var Tekken 3, og det for en god del år siden.
Men det ville gjort seg med et par bra arkader. Selv tanken gir flammer, bare synd at vi lever langt opp nord hvor det er kaldt, og vann rundt.. (altså flammen slokner... :kul: )

Noen som vet når Tekken5 kommer ut i NTCS versjon? Den skal jeg pokkern meg ha.

litt for tidlig til å spørre?? uansett så kommer hele pakka neste år, PAL senest i år 2005....jeg bare gjette
 
Tror desverre ikke det kommer til å nå opp til knærne på VF4: Evo. Tekken 3 derimot var glory days..

Kommer til knærne, hva har du røyka nå, har du noe til meg, fordi det må være noe helt synsykt bra shit. Vf4:evo ligger fortiden, nå er det fremtiden vi tenker på, Tekken5 er fremtiden, kanskje Vf4 tuned eller hva det heter blir noe match, men jeg tror ikke det, Tekken5 kommer til å ta helt av

Noen dager gammelt nytt, men fremdeles interessant å lese:

+ Bryan Fury
+/- d+3 animation is different but is essentially the same.
+ CH ws 3 knee into b+1 is the same as in TTT.
+ CH b+2,1 is the same as T4
- b+3 is slower
+/- New b,f+2 move has short reach and hits high

+ Lee Chaolan
- Lee no longer has f,n(mist step), b, 4. The low kick.
+/- ss+1+2 is now done by just inputting 1+2.

+ King
+ Even on slight delay, King's d/f+1,2 combos.
+/- Distance between characters is even further after f,f,n,1+2 push move.
+ King 2P outfit is him in Armor King's mask.
+ Frame disadvantage after a blocked 1+2,1 is considerably less than T4.
EDIT + After King's new f,f+3+4 drop kick, he recovers standing and can mixup from there.
+/- Motion for Tombstone has changed. No idea on new notation YET.
+/- f+2+3 covers less ground.
+/- Some juggle properties have changed with King since T4. No specifics yet.
+ Interesting tidbit. If King whiffs his elbow drop, he cracks the floor below him. 8D
+/- Motion for d+3+4,2 has changed.
+ As an accessory King has a bamboo sword(Shinai).
+ Standing 3 can connect into a DDT throw.
+ d/b+4 has jump status now(beats out lows).
+ King's new string move is a punch, backfist, into overhand punch smash move. Opponent is knocked down if 3rd hit is CH.
+ New step is called, Jaguar Step, it's a series of small hops.
+ New move, f+1+4, hits mid. Looks like he's taking a deep breath and sticks his chest out. Maybe some sort of parry like when he takes the chop to his chest in his TTT ending? The move even comes out fully when being hit.
+ 1+2,1 pushes opponent back further. Does not seem punishable anymore.
+ King's drop kick move only recovers standing if blocked or hit. When whiffs, King stays on ground.
+ King's giant swing animation is different. Looks like he is putting more leverage into the throw.

+ Paul Phoenix
+/- After Paul lands b,f+1. Enemy can not tech.

+ Jack-5
+ Strong mids, lows, throws.
+ Long reach.
+ 10 frame jab.

+ Asuka Kazama
+ d/f+1+2 crouches and goes forward for a few frames. Ducks and charges, then throws both hands forward. During the charging motion it has low parrying properties.
+ d/b+1+2 throw where she brings enemy closer does no damage. Nothing is gauranteed.

+ Jin Kazama
+ From new stance, Jin has a punch parry.
+ During new stance, if you tap forward he does a quick forward dash.
+ NJS(New Jin Stance for now) has a few options. 1 = TGF like move. 2 = right punch flurry attack, multiple hits. 3 = old u/f+3. 4 = new low move already mentioned. Always knocks down. Bad reach, medium speed.
+ NJS looks like it will whiff high moves.
+ New 3 hit string. d/b+2,2,3. Slow.

+ Hwoarang
+ d+4,4 as mentioned in the new system, goes under high moves.
- from most of the hardcore Hwoarang players that were there, the general agreement amongst them is pretty bad.
+ RRK(RFF, 3~4), can end in RFS/RFL
+ New low move can be used from both flamingo stances. It stuns like Kazuya's ws 2.
+ JF Skyrocket, f,d/f+4 can be done even on whiff. There are more hit effects from the move
